- 100% deposit required if arriving within 14 days of making the booking. If longer than 14 days, at least 50% is required.
- You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
- Prices do not include meals (We do not provide meals).
- Prices are subject to change.
- Check-in : 14h00 – 19h00
- Check-out : Before 10h00
- Late Arrivals: If you will be checking in after 19h00, please arrange with us prior to arrival. If you arrive after 22h00 you will be charged an ADDITIONAL 10% of your daily room rate. This is to make provision for paying staff overtime to accommodate you.
- We do not serve breakfast (nearest Wimpy is 1.6km)
- No smoking in rooms. Smoking allowed at designated areas.
- We provide a daily cleaning service (except on Sundays and Public Holidays.)
- No music or loud noise shall be tolerated, no parties, gatherings or unauthorized day visitors allowed.
- The use of the swimming pool is at own risk. No diving, drinking allowed in the pool. Children must, at all times, be accompanied by at least one adult.
- When departing before the original date of departure, the total/full amount will be payable due to loss of revenue on our side.
- Items left behind will be kept for one week to be claimed, depending on the value of the item. Food and beverages left behind will not be kept in Lost and Found.
- The use of equipment and facilities is at user’s own risk. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries, damages or illness resulting from the use thereof or the visit to Hummingbird’s Nest.
